Hi there!

Are you looking for better solutions to mind-body issues - solutions that make sense and are practical? You’re in the right place. You can learn more about yourself while resolving persistent or challenging issues.

I'm perpetually curious about what moves a person, and I have trained extensively in somatic movement, bodywork, and perception to anchor my understanding of a coherent body.

If you feel like you've tried everything, contact me. This approach is different. I’m thrilled you found me - you will love the results! -Sue Choi

My hands-on work is informed by trainings in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, manual osteopathic traditions, and proprioceptive touch. My movement work is inspired by trainings in Emilie Conrad's Continuum Movement, Svetlana Masgutova's Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration™, Rolf movement with Hubert Godard, dance medicine with Marika Molnar of Westside Dance PT (NYC), yoga therapy, and pilates. Studies in perceptual systems include trainings in the Tomatis™ Method, Bates Method and visual perception. I’m also a certified expert in Stanford researcher BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits® method.
