Listen to what these people found through Coherent Body

Wow! 😮 It was just amazing. I internally stepped back and witnessed this “happy go lucky” walk my body was embodying/ experiencing on its own. I’m experiencing agency that I haven’t experienced since childhood - a coming home to “Self”.
— M.B.
My biggest insight was the sheer playful joy my body expressed at not having to stand braced for adversity and feeling about to topple. The gentle re-alignment seemed to shift years off me!

This modern approach to movement focuses on how the body and brain understand information. Learn this and you will transform the way you live in your daily body with more resilience, power and ease. How does that happen?

gravity, light, sound

On a fundamental level, you organize yourself all day long to gravity, light, and sounds. When you get more from the malleable structures within your body that are responsive to those forces, and when you work through your sensory system to create change in your body, you learn to uncover skills you’ve always had within you.

Work with me to learn how to build your body skills first, and then you’ll can systematically dismantle personal narrative blocks.

Hi there!

Are you looking for better solutions to mind-body issues - solutions that make sense and are practical? You’re in the right place. I teach people whole-body emotional self-regulation so they have the skills to meet stress by refining what they already do all day long - standing and walking.

I'm perpetually curious about what moves a person, and I have trained extensively in somatic movement, bodywork, and perception to anchor my understanding of a coherent body. I’ve been helping clients find body solutions since 2000.

If you feel like you've tried everything, contact me. This approach is different. -Sue Choi

My hands-on work is informed by trainings in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, manual osteopathic traditions, and proprioceptive touch. My movement work is inspired by trainings in Emilie Conrad's Continuum Movement, Svetlana Masgutova's Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration™, somatic movement with Hubert Godard, dance medicine with Marika Molnar of Westside Dance PT (NYC), yoga therapy, and pilates. Studies in perceptual systems include trainings in the Tomatis™ Method, Bates Method and visual perception. I’m also a certified expert in Stanford researcher BJ Fogg’s Tiny Habits® method.
