Intro to Coherent Body for Trauma Resolution

In this 4-session course, Linda will join me as I take you through a safe introduction to Coherent Body for trauma resolution.

What makes Coherent Body so effective is the clarity with which you learn the skill of resourcing yourself in your body. Like any skill, you learn the basics and then refine your understanding of the process.

Because this is an embodied skill, you have it with you all the time to use in those moments where you typically might freeze or dissociate.

This intro course is designed to give you deeply felt body response of safety with the psychological context that helps you make sense of what is happening. Most of all, we are offering you the opportunity to experience body changes safely, with an experienced somatic therapist available to give you the support and perspective as you explore.

You’ll have lifetime access to all the session recordings.


Who is this for?

This course is for people who are new to Coherent Body or those who are stuck in freeze. This is not a substitute for working with Sue, but she is available to answer any questions during the course and will open the course to make sure you experience changes in your body from the start.

If you want to work live with Sue more extensively, you can upgrade at any time into the 12-month immersive program.

What you can expect

Our main goal for this 4-session experience is to offer you an experience of change in your body that you can reproduce. This empowering experience serves as a starting point for you to evolve this process either on your own or within the full program.

Expected outcomes:

1. Your experience of change is palpable. You experience it, you don’t have to doubt that you feel it.
2. Your understanding of the Coherent Body framework helps contextualize why these changes are happening.
3. Because you had both the direct, clear experience and the cognitive insight into change, you can reproduce it.

Q: What type of changes can I expect?
A: You will feel changes in your body and possibly in your access to feeling emotions and neutralizing emotional blocks. That means they may last in the moment or for the day or longer. Some people will feel more. What you are learning about is how it is actually possible for you to change. This cracks open the path towards more empowerment and lasting changes.

Integration takes practice and changes in as you stand and walk in a manner that improves your embodiment all day long. Layers come off as you learn to use these new body experiences to change your narrative while changing your body.

Once you have completed the Intro course, if you want more live help, you have the option to upgrade into the full program to work live with Sue, repeat the course, or continue to work on your own with all the materials and recordings from the Intro course.


What a difference it has made for me. I started resourcing with a small trauma the first week and layered on with a deeper tangential trauma each week. It has made such a difference. This course is very impactful and absorbing, even though I didn’t attend live.
It felt like the reaction was gone completely. I could still feel the trigger, but I couldn’t feel the reaction.
For the first time in my life I could feel the emotional pain, my crying was light, I was free to cry. It’s hard to explain but it felt so clear.
