body as lived experience.

When deep systems work together in a refined way, these changes persist beyond the session and impact your daily perceptions.

By combining perception, movement, and touch to re-organize the body, you will get profound results. They range from those that you expect (no more back pain, avoided surgery, move with greater ease) to side effects that will surprise you (an inch taller, no longer need reading glasses, work more productively).

Your subjective experience of the world is unique to you. How you internally organize your perception of gravity, sound, and light provides a foundation for cognition, intention, and action. Touch and movement that target organizing cues of perception create changes that are lasting and meaningful.

Hi there!

I see potential in everyone... and I look forward to helping you find yours through your body. You can learn more about yourself while resolving persistent or challenging issues. My approach is built upon my capacity to understand complexity and translate that understanding into concrete outcome.

Because I'm perpetually curious about what moves a person, I have trained extensively in somatic movement, bodywork, and perception to anchor my understanding of a coherent body.

My hands-on work is informed by training in craniosacral, visceral manipulation, manual osteopathic traditions, and proprioceptive touch. My movement work is inspired by Emilie Conrad's Continuum Movement, Moshé Feldenkrais' work, Svetlana Masgutova's Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration™, Alexander Technique, all forms of dance, dance medicine with Marika Molnar of Westside Dance PT (NYC), yoga therapy, and pilates. Studies in perceptual systems include training in the Tomatis™ Method, Bates Method, visual perception, and vocalization.
